  Retains classic Syrah notes, in spite of Moroccan origins - the Graillot sensibility and restrained approach is clearly present here. Blackberry, tea, olives, black pepper, almond. Palate has just enough acid to balance and support the rich and ripe fruit. More fruit and herbal character here. Tannins still there. Well made. Speaks of Syrah and place.

  An interesting and very integrated flavor, hard to find the words to describe it, though there is a meaty note. Long and nicely balanced. Reminiscent of a northern Rhône Syrah, even though it's from Morocco. Drinks very well.
  2nd bottle 4/25/17:
  C: Dark and very brownish red
  N: Cherries
  P: Cherries, strawberries and notes of blackberries. Remarkably light and lively for a Syrah from a hot climate (though IIRC the winery is at altitude).
  Definitely a serious wine.
  3d bottle 5/26/17 (first of batch from Laurenti):
  Consistent. If anything, even better.
  4th bottle 11/1/2017:
  Consistent. Still really like this. Took about 20 min. to open
  5th bottle 4/6/18:
  Had a bit of a cold, so my taste was a bit off, but this seemed as good as previously.
  6h bottle 5/22/18:
  Yum! Took about 20 min. to open.
  Last bottle, 11/2/18:
  Yum! Getting even better. Opened up right away this time.
