  Wood dominated on day 1. But as of day 2, textbook Cote Rotie with red flowers, pepper steak, berry fruit,... Good lenght and a certain elegance

  Decanted about an hour before drinking, but it really started to open up in hours two+. Great with our ribeye, but this isn't a hulking beast of a syrah. It has some lovely feminine qualities as it opens up and is great with food and dark chocolate. It stands on its own as well. Lovely wine! Sorry, no specific tasting notes.

  Rubi intenso. Nozes, chocolate, ameixa, couro, com porta, tabaco. Na boca corpo bom, complexo, final persistente.
