Pale lemon in the glass. Almost tastes like premox (which is rare to see in such young vintages). Three-day-old cereal milk notes on the nose accompanied by ripe citrus/stone fruit. Not an extremely high acid, but it's there. Medium finish. An underwhelming Chablis for the price paid.

Straw yellow colour. Citrus, white flowers and minerals on the nose. Taste of citrus and asparagus with minerals in the long finish. A good and complex Chablis that will only get better with three to eight years in the cellar. Goes well with fish and shellfish.

Delicious with grilled shrimp. I continue to be blown away by the wines of Joseph Drouhin.
