Lifted, floral nose with notes of cranberries and earth. Palate is bright with more cranberry, cherry, limestone. Nicely sappy with a medium finish but it’s very pretty and very enjoyable. Definitely in a good spot right now.

My experience was similar to that of the other commentators. The wine was unusually dark for a Volnay, but rather tart and oaky and dry. Might improve with a bit more time.

PnP - Wood dominates the nose and palate. Mellowed after a bit. Cherry, strawberry, a little cloves and spice. A little tart and lip smacking dry. Needs a couple years to come together. Call it in the 90/91 range then.
