Beautiful 21-22 year old calicab. Still vibrant with great dark fruit and still some tannins. Nice subtle secondary notes. Nice long finish.

Superb. IMO, this is at or near its peak, but still has plenty of stuffing to go another 5-10 years. Needs about an hour to open up. Medium purple, with just a slight hint of bricking on the edge. Sweet cherry and cassis nose, polished tannins with a nice acid balance, smooth opulent red fruit. Round with no rough edges. Delicious.
