aged red and brown color, turbid, attractive light strawberry and cherry notes on the nose, on the palate very smooth and even but with little to show, faded fruit, drinkable and even pleasant- but there is no complexity here and this is vast oceans away from where even an average Clos de la Roche should be sitting at age 24, drink up.

Reddish purple with some bricking at the rim. Very floral aromas, red fruits and but with more oakiness than I had expected. A balanced mouth-pleasing creamy mouthfeel dominated by bing cherries and a finish that goes on and on. A very good wine.
I had poured half a bottle onto a 375 and put it in the fridge. Day 2 impression is not as good as day 1. It turned fairly thin and acidic after it warmed up. I'll be drinking my remaining bottle soon and just going to pop and pour.

Cloudy in appearance. What a fantastic nose and palate. Drinking very well now, should hold for at least 15 more years.
