Enjoyed this a lot more than the bottle a year earlier for some reason. Deep, dark yellow in color, this is a heavy white wine with honey and yellow fruit. Enjoyed with sushi. It is well aged now and there is no reason to wait, but for the sake of science, we will try a the remaining bottles in 2-3 years.

Liked it, but did not love it. Fascinating wine. Very oily texture. Dark yellow color. Honeysuckle, yellow fruits. The Noble Rot adds an interesting element. I will cellar remaining bottles for 2-5 years.

A private lunch (Restaurant De Burgemeester *, Linschoten, Netherlands): Botrytis fruit, November harvest, aged in oak. Ripe grapes, apple and a hint of honey, salty, spicy, quite austere palate, good length. Seems unhinged.
