Modest intensity nose with black currant with red fruit and clove coming through once agitated. Light bodied, dry, low tannins but medium acidity and medium alcohol. Not luch, a quite strict wine that is well made, balanced and enjoyable without being complex or amazing. Medium length finish where the alcohol stands out more than on the palate. Good wine, fairly priced at 25 GBP IB per bottle.
