An intense version, no doubt from the warmer vintage, at only 13.7 abv this has tremendous depth and richness, balanced by excellent acidity, and finishing with some nice steely minerality. Nothing overripe or tropical here, just pure fruit that captures every taste bud in your mouth. Bit of an outlier for this vineyard, but delicious nevertheless.

Nicely balanced (4/2/20, 90+ as aperitif). Paired with Jose Andre's smoked paprika paella with shrimp and baby squid (4/10/20, 91+)

Another leaky Peay cork. Fortunately, this time the wine did not appear to be affected.

One-dimensional, light, crisp, straight-forward. Refreshing but lacking in interest and depth. Fine, if a bit over-priced, for what it is.
