Wine Bros Australia Deep Dive (Orsay): The surprise of the flight for me. I’m not as familiar with this wine, but I found myself quite enjoying it. It’s old school Aussie Shiraz. More fruity and deep but with a bit of spice that is the balancing side. Just kindof yummy. Enjoyed.

Tasting at Jim Barry Cellar Door (Clare): Dark berries, leafy, complex! pepper, sweet leather, meaty spices, Layered, complex, intense. Savoury, graphite, leafy, goes on and on. this will live for decades.

Negociants Australia Portfolio Tasting 2017: Blackcurrant, smoke, cherry, spice and toast. Plenty of fruit on the palate, good structure with medium length. Not as dense as some other Armagh I've had but still in that style.

Silky smooth yet powerful. Blew the table away. Drinking well but years left
