A lemon, honey hint. The sweetness and sourness are well balanced, lemony sweet, tangerine is very delicious and without the sense of being too thick. Second time to taste Petit Manseng, the last one is harvested in October which the structure collapsed , while harvested in November for this which odd very good, would make me want to try the one harvested at Dec which expected be even riper.
