  Voltando a esse tinto da Calabria que conheci em 2019 numa degustação da EnoBahia.
  
  Blend das castas Gaglioppo, Aglianico, Maglioco Canino, Greco Nero e Nerello Cappucio (45-25-20-5-5%) sem passagem em carvalho.
  
  Na taça exibiu um rubi de intensidade média com tons granadas. No nariz a fruta madura tem a companhia de aromas de couro e leves notas de estrebaria, na medida certa. No palato equilíbrio, maciez, boa intensidade de sabores e muita vocação gastronômica.
  
  Ótima companhia para uma Burrata com Parma.

  Popped and poured. Composite cork. Black pepper dominates the aroma with berry fruit underneath. Black pepper and black cherry flavors up front, vanilla mid palate, interesting finish with a flavor that I can best describe as burnt leaf. Attractive flavors, firm backbone, some complexity. Great QPR.
