Lovely. Dark fruits (blackberries and dark cheeries) with some wood, oak and a touch of vanilla on the nose. Tastes of dark fruits, with wood and slight pepoper. Great tannings. Hoping to get even more as it decants longer.

Beautiful, deep nose, although the oak was a bit too predominant for me. 15-20 minute decant, but better after another 10-15 minutes in the glass. Very nice depth and complexity, oak a bit heavy initially but subsided somewhat after more air. A bit too much heat on the otherwise long elegant finish. Not a perfect bottle, but a pleasure nonetheless.

Tasted at Alpha Omega this morning, nose of black berry, touch of wood, not oak which shows on the palate also, cranberry and pepper, same on the palate, very tasty, tasted three times during the morning, long finish.

I liked this better than the Era and the Missouri Hopper. Dark ripe berry fruit, black licorice, a hint of tar and a whisper of chocolate. All of their Cabs show nice balance and structure. This was a 95+ Cabernet, good stuff.
