Dark garnet red. Great warm spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) and balanced acidity, with integrated oak. This has gained tons of balance since I last tasted it over 3 years ago, when it was dominated by pure green bell pepper character.

Dark ruby with black tinges. Barnyard aromas with spice and black fruit. Full-bodied, tannic, with black fruit, herbs, and licorice. Moderate-length, tannic finish, 30-35s. Needs time.
