  Oak, brown butter, blackberry, wet forest floor, cranberry sauce, candied orange peel, stewed vegetables. A beautiful and structure wine with excellent balance between fruit, acidity, and structure/tannin.

  30032022 - Private dinner by Chef W. This was paired with a 45 days dry aged Aussie Angus grilled over open fire with bichotan. Ruby Purple core with purplish hued edges. Fruit forward with plum, blackberries, aniseed, leather and oak. Full bodied with high to med acidity. Tannins is slightly grippy and angular. Finish is med long with peppery, smoky notes and oak. Definitely needs more time in the cellar to be more refined

  Very nice wine but way to early to drink it wait at least another 5 years.
