  Calming and reassuring. Classic archetypal old school claret with just enough interest to keep you coming back - really, why make a note? Slightly astringent but a half hour of air fixes that. Slight tarry. Drinking just fine. Classic CS Graves. After about 3 hours, opened out, softened, lost its structure. A nice drink.
