Tasted from a magnum. A straight-forward Bordeaux. Dark berries, almonds, and floral notes plus green bell pepper flavors, suggesting that not all grapes reached full maturity? Not a bad wine - but definitely not a charmer. This is my third bottle bottle with consistent notes.

Bill's Monthly Lunch - March 2011 (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind – a new bottle was popped after the first one was corked. Medium red colour but browning near the rim. Lots of oak on the palate with a greener profile and some fruit left. Past peak. Drinkable.

A solid Bordeaux perhaps starting on the downslope. Plenty of fruit including some nonexcessive bell pepper. The finish turns just a bit sour, but a good match with lamb chops.
