Just starting the shed its baby fat with piercing crunchy red fruits, pepper, stems, sous bois for days, a hint of mushrooms and orange peel. Mostly refined on the palate with a little angularity still to resolve. Was a perfect pairing with roasted duck leg (as burgundy and duck always is). Isnt a sin to pop now but will come more together with cellar time.
