  Light brick red. High toned nose of tomato skin, cranberries and spice. Mature, but acidic red fruit profile on the rather lean palate. There is good flavor throughout, but this is a decidedly upper register wine. Medium length, a nice wine that really needs food to show its best. I will drink the other bottles fairly soon. (87)
