  IYBroYK (Chicago, IL): 2 g/L dosage. The nose and palate of this are truly evocative of Salon. The nose maybe less so -- it's not as precise and crystalline, but the acid profile and the pure chardonnayness of this wine with its smoky qualities is absolutely splendid. Really, the tasting note here should say "chardonnay," because this is simply archetypal.
