Young, quite a lot of structure, but there's impressive yellow fruit depth and bit of an exotic flair. Quite good, but need a good hr open to really show its quality. Revisit in 2-3 yrs?

Much more oxidative than UC les maillons Almost same color maybe more gold than UC Pronounced nose of pluot lol, and honey, and pluot flowers ? If that’s a thing ? Palate matches the nose but look to see this develop Chalky Acidity is amazing in this one Med++ finish

This is in a perfect place right now with a wonderful balance of succulent acidity and delicious stone fruit flavors. The finish is so complex with notes of toasted brioche and brownish spices. Such a joy to drink and perfect with food. At Aman, NYC.

straw, golden color; gentle bubbles, foamy; baked apples straight shooting, very precise. I did find considerable acidity as well, but i also thing it very vinous. Maybe too early to open. Makes me wonder how a still wine Champenoise would come out of this gem
