  • Quite early still, and the nose displays firm, subtle oak in a leesy background. There is substantial acid, and viscous yellow fruit somewhat like beautifully ripe may apple over searing, broken limestone minerality. The finish is long and well balanced among this rich fruit, acid, tannin, and minerality. This wine may have much more to say in 4-5 years.
