  • Let’s kick off with a 45mm Diam5 cork. 80% Cab Sauv, 10% Syrah 10% Mouvedre - very Lebanese. It’s medium garnet in colour. The nose is of medium intensity delivering plum, cassis, jam, raspberry, spice, cedar, even honey. The nose still feels fresh, even floral. The body is medium with pronounced intensity. The acidity is high. The tannins are high and fine. All the elements for longevity are in place but the acidity is slightly unbalanced and shows itself on the finish - which is long btw. There’s a lovely texture to the wine and with food it is complementary and slips down very well. Happy to recommend.

  • Wanna "Heroic Vineyards"? Visit Lebanon; 6/14/2017-6/18/2017 (Beirut - Lebanon): Direct from the barrel. Interesting and capable of aging, even has some elegance. Blindly I thought that his astringency, but its abrupt spicy note was a contribution of the CF but it was shiraz combined with monastrell.
On the mouth it is simply disgusting at this moment. I would never recommend it
