Fully mature and unfortunately lacking part of its strucure and aromas Pale red typical of mature wines. Decanted three hours. On the nose, a powerful growing hint of oak and plums. On the palate, mature Cabernet fruit with a hint of the wood from the nose. Clearly on its decline although revealing a great stuff. "You must have been a wondeful baby".

Fully mature and probably more. Pale red typical of mature wines. Decanted three hours. On the nose, a powerful growing hint of oak and plums. On the palate, mature Cabernet fruit with a hint of the wood from the nose. On its decline although still a great stuff. Nice acidity. Balanced mouthfeel. Agree with those who say that "lacks the extra "something" that great wines have"

Fully mature. Drinking perfectly now. On the nose, a smell of wood (cedar?) and plums. On the palate, mature Cabernet fruit with a hint of the wood from the nose. Has the flavour profile of Italian Cabernet, which I thonk would out the wine in a blind tasting. Nice acidity. Balanced mouthfeel. Just lacks the extra "something" that great wines have.
