  PnD 2/3 of the bottle let air for 1hr.
  
  Clear. Deep purple.
  
  Clean developing medium intensity nose with aromas of cherry plum cola cassis rosemary and licorice.
  
  Dry. Medium(+) acidity. Medium(+) tannin. Medium(+) alcohol. Medium(+) body. Drink now and over the next five years with flavours of cherry cassis plum cola rosemary and licorice.
  
  Medium(+) finish. Very good. Lots of depth and complexity for the price with balance and length. Not scoring it higher than when first acquired but it has come into its own over the last year. Candidate for unexpected surprise with cellaring a la Nipozzano.
