  • My first tine tasting a wine from India. Pairs beautifully with the excellent South-Western Indian food. Very flavorful, perfumed and pretty opulent. Notes of portwine, black cherries, black plum, tobacco leaf, spices and some smoke. It's pretty full-bodied, has medium-lower acidity and medium-lower tannin. Alcohol is recognizable. Pretty good length. Not the last word about complexity but a jammy, fruitful Shiraz that pairee really well with the food.

  • Bright and very ripe raspberries, roasted fennel and masala spices on the nose. Palate is spicy, pure and full of mineral raspberry and mulberry jam. Very dense and somewhat oily. Entry to finish is not well defined, just one dimensional of flavor with spicy character permeates throughout. Finish is hot and chalky.
