Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • The wine director recommended this over a Diel GG and he was definitely on the money. It has a typical Austrian phenolic intensity along with flinty minerals and white peach. The acid is strong but forgiving and goes really well with spicy food. It improved over a few hours so this could definitely improve with some more bottle age.
