  Opened and took a sip, potential but so tight. No time to decant that night so I corked it and opened something else. The next night I decanted it and it was very good. It is still too young and I would recommend holding for five years. If you want to drink one now, decant it for three hours at least.

Could have been a mediocre CA Syrah. Corked it and left it in the fridge for a few days, and it really transformed, developing both complexity and structure. Glad I tried a bottle, but will wait 5 years to do so again.
