  Decanted off minimal sediment for an hour. Didn't take notes. For $37 in 2017 this was great. It leans into loam and dark red/black fruit. Tannins resolved.

  Out of the bottle it seemed disjointed and out of place. We set the bottle aside after 30 minutes and began drinking a 2016 Bevan Tench which we'd been decanting for the previous hour. The Bevan was superb but what we didn't know was that over the next hour and a half. the Pine Ridge had opened and exploded into the most gorgeous and balanced wine. We were shocked at how beautiful the mouthfeel was, and with a wonderfully long lasting finish. This was the surprise winner of the evening which included heavy hitters 2016 Bevan Tench EE and 2019 Littorai-The Return. With Tim and Katie for her birthday over ribeye and lobster.

  Just finished our last bottle. Drinking great. Their base Napa cab is an incredible value. Punches way above its weight class.

  Very well done. Cassis, blueberries and charred oak. Sweet and modest tannins.
