  Deep yellow color, scents of toffee and roasted nuts, bright amd balanced, tasty golden fruit flavors including apricot, starfruit, almond and ginger candy, lip smacking acid, well made and delicious, drink now

  This blend work very well, with the Pinot Gris’s richness dominating the fore-palate and the clean, tart floral Pinot Blanc contributing to the fresh, palate cleansing finish. The palate is dry, with medium acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%). The lees aging adds complexity and a nice round mouthfeel. It is very nice by itself but is also very food-friendly. Drink now, not intended for aging.
