Very interesting wine. Has nose of wild grape. Does not smell at all like typical cab. Smells like I picked wild grapes from alpine mountain trails and juiced them fresh. Rounded fruit, fresh taste, ripe black raspberry, natural acid, great real balance. There's flavors of natural fruit, not found in typical wines. This is very unique, enjoyable.
Next day: Christmas. Was better! Very enjoyable. Held up to fatty Christmas duck with apples. Was very surprised. Excellent wine. Well done.

This is a great Cab. I can't believe that it was so cheap! Wonderful sweet red berry aromas. Some herbal qualities to the nose as well as white chocolate and maybe some mint. The taste was just as wonderful with lots of fruit and very subtle tannins. The white chocolate continued to the palate as well. This was a fantastic South African Cab.
