Good+. Aerated in decanter for 3 hours, served over the following 2 hours. This has evolved nicely since its release, with developed flavors and aromas of traditional typicity - leather, cherry, dust, some truffle, etc. Med/Med+ body, I think the wood needs another few years to more fully integrate; additional complexity will likely follow. Red-fruited, and fresh, with some pretty citrus and strawberry moving about. Good value. Drink 2022-2033. <3k bottles produced. recommended
Tasted at Benvenuto Brunello in NYC. Slightly bricked with earthy dried cherries and leather with a long luxurious finish. Seems a bit older than it should. Delicious now, but will it age for long???
