Had this at a restaurant as I was looking for something different. Great wine. Interesting to see Gamay in a US setting. It sits well - the vibrancy and identity of Gamay with a clean fruit profile and a fullness which is different. Well made wine, integrated and drinking well. The Gamay was big on the nose and then medium mouth feel. Great drink

-color: ruby purple -clarity: medium plus -body: medium, looks heavy for a Gamay -aroma: raspberry and cranberry red fruits, a little cola and earthiness, cherry cola -acidity:medium acidity -tannins: medium minus at best -palate:rapsberry and unsweet cherry coke, like ripe red rapsberries and cherry skin tartness -complexity: -finish: medium finish the slightly tart red fruits are slightly sweet at first but quickly fade.
extremely potent, I poured this wine and could smell the red fruit notes from the room. Bigger on the nose than on the palate, this is an extremely drinkable gamay.

St. Anselm Dinner: I've been really stoked on what Division does with Gamay, and this one is serious value, too. Vibrant, crisp, bright, floral, red-fruited tartness meets peppery, meaty, earthy tones. Vibrant and easy-drinking but complex, too.

Same notes as last time. Love this wine. The juicy, fresh, red-fruited profile and zippy acidity mixes so well with the savory elements.

Didn't enjoy this. Raw yeast flavors reminded me of a barrel sample of unfinished wine.
