  Short decant of about 1 hour. Very discreet nose and still holding back a little, but pretty aromatics of herbs, sweet spices, some chocolate, pepper, but also some dark and dark red berries, as well as some steely mineral note. It‘s medium+ bodied, with medium tannin that is clearly present but is very good quality and medium+ acidity providing nice freshness. The structure seems very balanced but ideally this wine should get another 2-3 years in bottle. Long finish with plenty of character. There is an unusual level of finesse and refinement in the context of Grison Pinot Noir. Very good QPR.
