Some development on the nose. Good acidity tannins knitting nicely, fine nuance on palate. I like this a lot. The 2014 manages to avoid the pitfalls of modern St Emilion admirably. Plenty left in the tank, but certainly delicious now. (Also, bio viticulture.)
Opened and drank over 3-4 hours. Funky nose blew off after about 30 mins, and over the course of the evening the cab elements faded a touch in favor of the merlot.
