Pop and pour. Gabriel Glas Universal. Tasted over two days. Dark purple color. Nose offers plum and touch of alcohol. I itial intro is candied fruit - not sweet candy - but an artifical flavor. That mellows out with expoaure to air. Plum flavors and tannins. Shows some tobacco and dried leaves. Not particulalr interesting. I suppose you can let this age and get more library books, dried leaves and leather if that is what you like. Not for me.

Very tannic. Very flat, very one dimensional. No complexity at all. Just black cherry/plum. Subtle but notable background flavor of green bell pepper. A little minerality. Probably won't be buying another one of these.

From a 375ml bottle. A very balanced, elegant and full-bodied wine. Deep ruby/purple color, fully ripe aromas with notes of earth, spice, black cherry. Definitely has quite a bit of life left in it. Great for the price point. Paid $10.
