Last bottle of 6...it's been 14 mos since my last bottle. Lemon sours, red apples, a drizzle of honey, some citrus zest. Quaffable with calamari and shrimp cocktail. Drink up.

5th of 6 bottles, last consumed 6 months ago. Drank this one with friends on Figure 8 Island. Bright citrus and minerals, a drizzle of honey and salt, just delicious. Drink now through 2021.

Drinking great with a simple butter and herbed haddock dish. A stone and lemon and apple crispness that pairs great with a non textured white fish. Kick up your meal with this nice Chablis that offers the non oaked finesse that works here. Lovely wine.

I think Cellartracker user, DrRobVino, provides excellent notes on this Village Chablis so I direct you to his tasting log of six bottles.
Bright straw yellow in the glass. Pronounced lemon, citrus and tart apple. Zero Oak and a pleasant underpinning of stone and mineral. Perhaps a bit short on both breadth and finish.
Not one for the ages, drink over the next 12 months.

5/29/2020 - penguinoid Likes this wine:
Colour: light straw
Nose: lemon, lemon curd, lemon peel. Green apple. White stone fruit, nectarine, peach. Pineapple? Passion fruit. Quite fruity, but with some chalkiness.
Palate: fleshy lemon, lemon curd, lemon peel. Nectarine, peach — firm white stone fruit. Pineapple. Underripe passion fruit? There’s lots of sharp, fresh acidity overlying richer, sweeter fruit character, that’s almost tropical. Underlying chalkiness. Actually quite fruity. Fresh, lively acidity. Medium bodied, 12,5% alcohol. Seal: natural cork.
