I love an aged Toro. The Tempranillo character is strong with very little oak allowing the grape to shine

Mariano Garcia's winery apparently. Apparently this is the winery that got him fired. And actually that makes it a faciniating wine.
Dense Toro fruit to it. A bit short on the finish but just opened.
Dark black fruit but not roasted or dessicated. With some black flowers if that is a thing. Big and brooding but with freshness.
Smells good, powerhouse but not too huge. Darn tasty Spanish wine.
