I agree with a prior note about the lack of complexity but the alcohol has subsided somewhat with age and it’s now a very approachable blend with good fruit.

Consistent with my last note, but this was showing stronger tannins than I remember last. However, this was PnP with no decant. Its perfectly enjoyable now, but will definitely mellow out and appeal to the masses in 1-2 years.
Day 2 - this has really mellowed out. Similar tasting notes to day one, but superbly easy to drink.

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Petit Verdot, and 18% Merlot
This was an easy drinking and delicious example of a Walla Walla Bordeaux Blend. Although slightly hot, it was very representative of an old-world style, being filled with damp cigar box and earth, but ever-present fruit. Reminds me of some excellent Napa examples.
Drink now through 2023.

Good balance of fruit and acid, with fine tannins. Nice juicy finish. Not terribly complex, but very drinkable and satisfying.

I’m a big Aluve fan but I found this wine to be a bit one dimensional, with good fruit and modest tannins.
