Evolving well with big tannnins but it needs more time or at least a rare steak. It's a lovely wine, though, a good example of what Washington can do with Bordeaux grapes and a steal when you can get it for $32 at Costco (vs. $75 at the winery). Quite the opposite of the sweet oakmonster Fidelitas M100 also on the table.

If you find this on a deal it's a great bargain. Solid red, stands up to "big foods" and you can age it. This one will drink well at least up to it's 10th birthday.

High density red with dark fruit , medium-high acidity and tannins. Softening a bit from prior tastings, so more drinkable now. Washington reds seem to need 10 yrs to be their best. Works now with a grilled steak but not with anything milder.

Better than past bottles. Not only more mature, but I opened a few hours in advance, and it smoother and quite nice now. Fruit is more plum and prune, tannins softer and still dusty, acidity moderated. Little anise and wet stone with the plum!

Medium body, short finish. A little tart. Baked fruit.
