This bottle is past its peak. Had high expectations, the last one was great. This is still good but the fruit is starting to get muted. Rather complex with cantaloupe, yellow appels and almonds. Drink em if you got em. With that said, I will buy everything that this producer puts out, based on how good the last botttle was.

Light gold color. Drank a couple glasses over a few hours. PN40%, C60%. This was a boat Champagne that made to dinner later in the evening. Sour lemon, lemon peel, full bodied, toast, brioche, chalk and grapefruit pith. More like the first bottle I had.

This was ready to go for my palette. Other than losing bubbles very fast I truly enjoyed it. Melon, yeast and a bit of citrus. A bit on the rounder and richer side.

This is still quite wound up so we let it sit open for about 45min. Very precise and vervy. Nice citric notes and it seems rather young at this point. There is a lot of stuffing here but it is mostly kept under wraps as the ample acidity which reminded me of many 96's was keeping it on the bright side. Good length with precise bubbles and freshness. A nice note of chalky mineral comes into play towards the back end. I think this has a potential to be better in 5 years and maybe even 10 so there is no rush. Excellent.

Second bottle same tasting note as the last in early 23. Ready to go for me but this time plenty of bubbles!
