Bought 3 years ago, this is my final bottle of the batch. 80/20 of Meunier and Pinot Noir, disgorged October 2019. Opened yesterday. Pours a light gold. Some oxidation here, a bruised apple and pear. With the fruit that is built into the wine, there is plenty of it that builds a plentiful texture. Underneath the apple and pear fruits are blood orange, iron and grapefruit. Lots of life remains in this disgorgement, with some edges from the citrus and brassy oxidation.

2020 Release. Just what I like. Both mature and fresh as Someone here noted great champagne with great potential. Should get more next time I see an acceptable deal. Easily GC quality for me.

Hawaii Vacation; 8/29/2022-9/19/2022 (Lahaina, Maui): Deep yellow; aromatic, lemon curd; lemons, minerals, vibrant acidity, medium alcohol, food balanced mousse; medium finish. Not quite the length of the savart from a few days ago, but still very nice and satisfying. 89-90

Complex, clearly declaring its DT nature.
Give time in the stems and let the temp rise a bit. Around 10C° it gives its best
Stems Riedel performance Champagne. Maybe next time I will use the Riedel Vinum Champagne.
