Enjoyed this wine from this vintage. A style that I enjoy. Austere, but what I like. Cold cellared upon release and purchased at the winery. No sign of old age.

Nice, light , crunchy Savigny from the "green" vintage. I found it very enjoyable and a delight to drink, perhaps more than a riper vintage. Holding up well and no sign of fading.

Muted pinot aromas, plus the allure of funk and forest floor in the background. On the palate, light-medium bodied and very nicely balanced, with fresh, racy cherry flavours to the fore, supported by pepper, smoke and subtle minerality. A modest wine, but pure, precise and delicious.

Deepish crimson, slightly dusty. Muted nose at first but opened somewhat in the glass. Strawberries and sweet spice. On the palate, moderate acidity and some grip. red berries and strawberries, a touch of cloves. Still fairly primary but not really going anywhere. My last bottles and they have been enjoyable if not outstanding.
