This was my second experience with Roza Hills. Last one was the 2013 vintage. Among Frenchman Hills, Roza Hills and Uncovered, Roza Hills is my favorite. There is a nice blend of different flavors that come through on the palette. This was paired with a simple garden salad.

Gold color, very dense. Tropical fruit scents, pear, nutty Edam cheese. Acidic start but melds into gold apple, vanilla, cantaloupe. Continuing on the finish. Lovely!

Delicious WA State Chardonnay. Gorgeous nose of peach/apricot/pineapple and citrus. Nice mineral backbone with flavors of baked apples, brioche and subtle spices. Very nice and not your typical Chardonnay by any stretch of the imagination.

Enjoyed this with grilled swordfish. A very well rounded and complex Chardonnay. Certainly a good wine.

Musky nose, pineapple and kiwi, heavy body coats the whole mouth, medium acidity.
