  First wine from this producer.
  It shows all of the signs of an evolved wine, perhaps at its peak or just slightly past it.
  Some signs of aging commensurate with its age. The aromatics are very bold and intense. While the presence of some Brett might be found offputting, I appreciate the intensity of the wine. It shows very ripe fruity concentration with loads of spices and aromatics suggesting barrel aging.
  Yes. The alcohol is noticeable but only slightly so.
  Excellent balance, rich texture, still noticeable tannins and very intense aromatics, this wine is best suited for bold pairings.
  Very interesting to taste. I will look for this vintner again.
