Lots of apple and some lemon with a lean start that is nearly tart, but a richer and cohesive finish. Better and more harmonious than my last bottle from earlier this year.

Lots of apple and lemon, showing the same ripe and lean character as when tasted in 2019, but today it seems more angular and tart, so slightly less harmonious. I will give my remaining bottles another year+ before revisiting.

Large bouquet of vanilla, butterscotch, smoke, and oak. citrusy butterscotch on the palate with an oaky backbone. A slight bitter lime note enters during the long finish. Great complexity in this good value burgundy.

Waterford Wine Co. Burgundy Festival (Waterford Wine Co. - Milwaukee WI): Walk around tasting. Lemon and apple comes across as charming right now, with a bright, minerally finish. Very good now.
