A pretty story of a wine but really one that fails to make a proper mark. Soft read juicy fruit, soft spice and light oak. Well made wine just beyond the concept of it falls a bit short . 89

Interesting wine, a first for me, I think. More rustic than the Egly-Ouriet version of this terroir, even a bit rustic, spicy, but with a clean Pinot-feel throughout. Still young, no sin in drinking it now, though. #Champagnetasting#fromHSA

more open than the 2013 out of May the night before, has a similar wild black cherry aroma.
