  • 2017 Bouchard and William Fevres (chicago, IL): The nose is distinctive and perfumed with violets, red cherries, hi-toned spices, raspberries, and leather tones. This is lovely and demure with good depth for the level. The Medium bodied feel is elegant and balancedwith crisp, medium+ acidity and silky, medium+ tannins. The structure is youthful, but it isn't too sharp right now. This is a very good Vosne -Romanee from Bouchard. It shows off excellent balance and depth with a good amount of fragrance already. This can use a good 3-5+ years to show itself, but there is something pretty there for it to grow into.
