  Reallllllly soft cork, which we should probably pay attention too, right? After an hour, you can drink it but wait 5 years if you're not scared. Kept unfolding over the evening, and it kept moving from austere and a little rough into just a lovely place. This is great stuff.

  Puligny-Montrachet les Pucelles - blind tasting 1998-2011: Served as a pirate bottle given the high score given by WA recently. Very fruity and floral. It found some friends at the table but a bit too tutti frutti for me. Lovely balance on the palate, I wished for some more energy and minerality.
