Lean, good concentration and energy, little to no oak, low alcohol, not terribly complex just some orchard fruit and coppery mineral, but very good quality and pretty good length. Does not improve over the night, so I wouldn’t hold longer. I’ll probably drink my 2021 bottle at more like 5 years from vintage instead of 7.

Ready to drink now, and quite nice. Slight reduction, nice acidity, light/medium weight. Nicely done. Less special on night two, so I’d say drink up soon.

Lime green flesh colored Tropical fruit nose. Hint of oak. Some lemon and lime notes. Nice acidity. Tastes like the nose but some gooseberry notes. Medium plus finish. This is a very well built wine. Great structure. Tense, steely notes, and made to cellar. I will open my next bottlr in the years to come. It will get better. Still a young thing right now. Great wine.

Had over two nights about five days apart with a couple of glasses left in the bottle just suctioned and it drank fantastic both nights. Others have said it well, but this is a beauty, textural, mineral, and it was a great buy in the mid-$30s USD. I've got to find more from this producer.
12% abv. Really? That seems low! If that is accurate even within 1.0% it's another testament to the wine, so much flavor, texture, and aromatic quality with such low alcohol.
